'25-'26 SEASON FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What’s the difference between Broadway KIDS, Broadway JR, and All-Stars?

Broadway KIDS is for younger performers (ages 5–7), JR is for ages 8–11, and All-Stars is our advanced group for experienced performers ready for bigger roles and more intensive work

What’s included in the program cost?

Your fee includes all rehearsals, materials, production staffing, performance venue, and more. Only other costs you would be responsible for are Costumes ($30-$75) and tickets for the show. You’ll receive a full rehearsal schedule and costume guide after registration.

Can I switch programs or payment options later?

We’ll do our best to accommodate changes, but once a program is full or payments have started, we may not be able to adjust your selection. Email us directly if your circumstances change!

What if my child can’t attend all rehearsals?

We understand life happens! We ask that students miss no more than 2–3 rehearsals total. Please review the rehearsal calendar carefully before enrolling.

What is the refund policy?

All fees are non-refundable due to the planning and staffing required for each production. If you have questions before registering, please reach out — we’re happy to help you decide!

Do you offer financial aid or sibling discounts?

We do offer limited scholarships and sibling discounts on a case-by-case basis. Reach out to info@ltcbayarea.com for more info.

Can I bundle Studio Classes with Productions?

Yes! Studio classes (voice, acting, dance) are a separate subscription, but many families choose both. We also offer bundle and save pricing on unlimited classes — check out the Studio page for details.
