Make your child’s next celebration unforgettable with a party at Little Theater Company! We offer a variety of fun and exciting party packages designed to make your event a memorable experience for all.

Our booking process is easy: First, choose your party package. Next, select your preferred date and time. Then, pay a $200 deposit, and you’re all set! Your personal party consultant will reach out to you within 48 hours of booking to confirm your details and help get the party planning process started. Once you book, you’ll receive an email with details on what to expect next.

Movie Party

  • Cozy Movie Experience: Enjoy 3.5 hours of eating, playing and movie-watching in your pajamas.

  • Choose Your Movie: Pick any movie you like for a personalized viewing experience.

  • Bring Your Comfort Items: Guests are welcome to bring sleeping bags and stuffies.

  • Relaxed Atmosphere: A comfortable, laid-back setting perfect for a fun movie afternoon/night.

Glow in the Dark Dance Party

What is included in the Party Packages?

Our party packages include the chosen theme (Glow in the Dark Dance Party, Movie Party, or Karaoke Party), access to the venue for the designated time, and standard amenities such as setup, clean-up, and a dedicated party consultant.

How Many Kids are Included in the Base Price of the Party?

Each party package includes up to 18 kids in the base price. Additional kids can be added for a specified fee. Max Limit of kids is 30.

How do I Book a Party?

To book a party, choose your package, select a date and time, and pay a $200 deposit. Your personal party consultant will then reach out to confirm details and assist with planning.

What is the deposit amount, and when is it due?

A $200 deposit is required to secure your party date. This amount is due at the time of booking and will be deducted from your total party cost.

When is the Remaining Balance Due?

The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before the party date.

Can I change the party date or time after booking?

Date and time changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please email us at info@ltcbayarea.com as soon as possible to discuss any changes.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the party are eligible for a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 30 days of the party may result in forfeiture of the deposit or additional fees, depending on the timing and circumstances.

Are parents allowed to stay during the party?

Birthday Guests parents are welcome to stay but not mandatory, participants parents are asked to not stay during the party. We encourage drop-off and pick-up to help the kids fully enjoy their party experience.

What should I bring to the Party?

We provide decorations, plates, utensils, invites, and thank you notes. Goodie bags can be added on if desired. If you would like to bring additional decorations or items, please feel free to do so. You are also responsible for all food and beverages not included in the party package.

Are goodie bags included in the Party Package?

Goodie bags are not included in the base package but can be added for an additional $8/kid. Each bag is filled with fun surprises for the kids.

What type of movies are available for the Movie Party?

You can choose any movie you like that can be found on Netflix, Hulu, Amazon or Peacock. Please ensure it is age-appropriate for the guests.

How can I customize the party experience?

You can customize your party by requesting specific songs for the Glow in the Dark Dance Party, selecting a movie for the Movie Party, or choosing songs for the Karaoke Party. Contact your party consultant for more customization options.

What happens if we are late to the Party?

Please arrive on time to ensure a smooth start to your party. If you’re late, the party will proceed as scheduled, and we may not be able to extend the end time.
